Please be notified that the first tutorial class for ZCT 104/3E has be scheduled on 3 Dec 2004 (Friday) from 5 – 5.50 pm. Please make yourself available to conduct a 50- min tutorial class during the above mentioned time slot. For your information, the ZCT 104/3E course is conducted in English. 
For your information, there will be a total of 7 tutorial classes planned for the whole semester. The scheduled dates are as followed:

Let me make the instruction simple:
1)	The PRIME purpose of a tutor is to conduct discussion and handle Q&A with the students on the topics in the tutorial problem sheets during the tutorial class and during the consultation hours.
2)	Take attendance during the tutorial classes. Please summit the attendance sheet to me only during the end of the semester.
3)	Tutors DO NOT need to grade the solutions of the tutorials, and students have been informed that they do not need to hand in their solutions for grading or marking. 
4)	Tutors are not expected to discuss all the questions (about 8 – 10 of them per tutorial sheet) in an one-hour slot. But please prepare about 5-7 questions of your own choice for discussion purpose. 
5)	Tutors will give away passwords of the full solutions of a particular tutorial sheet to a student ONLY if he/she show you his/her hand-written solutions for that particular tutorial sheet. Otherwise tutor SHALL NOT provide them with the passwords. This is an attempt to make the students to be  more initiative instead of being spoon feed.
